Swedish Massage

Is the most common and well known massage modality. Its smooth, flowing styles uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension, improve circulation and range of motion, and create harmony throughout the body.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage & Medical Massage

Manual lymphatic Drainage is a type of massage that favors the lymphatic and immune system. It is a gentle form of massage specially performed to increase the flow of lymph, a colorless fluid that flows through the lymphatic vessels and drains toxins and cellular debris.

Medical Massage - Medical massage therapy treatment is planned out with a specific goal in mind, and your massage will factor into a larger treatment plan that is based around your health needs and goals.With medical massage, the intent is usually rehabilitative or restorative.

Neuromuscular (NMT)

A highly effective treatment of ridding the body of pain. An approach to soft tissue manual therapy in which static pressure is applied to soft tissue to stimulate skeletal muscle. The utilization of static pressure on specific myofacial points to relieve pain. This technique manipulates the soft tissue of the body (muscle tendons and connective tissue) to balance the central nervous system.

Cupping

Is an ancient Chinese form of alternative medicine in which a local suction is created on the skin to mobilize blood flow in order to promote healing. Cupping is one of the best deep-tissue therapies available. It can affect tissue up to four inches deep from the external skin. Toxins can be released, blockages can be cleared, and veins and arteries can be refreshed within these four inches of affected materials. The treatment is also valuable for the lungs, and can clear congestion from a common cold or help control asthma.
