About the Event
Do you desire a dynamic and fulfilling meditation practice? This is a beginners meditation training workshop that will teach the fundamentals to have a successful meditation practice held every Tuesday evening at 7:30pm for one hour over the next four weeks. Meditation is something everyone can do to improve ones mental and emotional health. Meditation can be the key to unlock the deep desires, healing, purpose and transformation of your life. Mimi Percell, wellness practitioner will take you on an inner journey of self discovery through the art of meditation. These workshops will teach new beginners and those returning to meditation on how to create a meditation practice, increase harmony, clarity and over well-being in their lives. The training will include breadth work, mindfulness, increase energy vibration. In addition, the essentials of incorporating gratitude, forgiveness and visualization techniques with props to sustain a successful practice. This is an experiential class and each session will include an overview, guided meditation and Q&A.
The workshop schedule is Tuesdays, May 7, 14, 21 & 28 at 7:30pm for 1 hour.
