About the Event
Do you desire a successful meditation practice? Meditation is something everyone can do to improve their mental and emotional health. You can do it anywhere, without special equipment or memberships. Mimi Percell, facilitator will guide you through a variety of styles with different strengths and benefits designed to help you identify a style of meditation that works for you. In addition, the meditation workshop will teach new beginners how to create a meditation practice, learn and practice the benefits of meditation to increase harmony, clarity and overall well-being. The training will include breadth work, mindfulness, increase energy vibration, visualization techniques and props to sustain a successful practice. This is an experiential class and each session will include an overview, guided meditations, and Q&A.
Sessions will be held in Be Well with Ease Studio downtown Decatur office (627H East College Avenue, Decatur, GA 30030).
