Our Wellness Policy

The Treatment Session

  • Each therapist determines how best to perform your therapeutic session.  Our therapists do their best to meet each clients needs and are willing to take directives regarding massage pressure and special attention to areas of concern

 

Reservation & Cancellation

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointments.  This will allow adequate time to fill out intake (for first time clients), change and get ready for your treatment.  Your appointment will start promptly at the scheduled time.  Arriving late for your scheduled appointment will regrettably deprive you of valuable treatment time.  To avoid delaying the next client, your treatment will end on time regardless of how late you begin.

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation of scheduled appointment (48 hours for a group of 2 or more)  in order to avoid being charged full price.  Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged full price of treatment.

  • Additional Information - Members Same Day Cancellations and No Shows:
     

  • 1. Same day
        A. Keeping in mind that issues and emergencies do come up for everyone.  However, for 
            same day cancellations that are excessive the following will occur:

  •             i.   Member will receive a notification that same day cancellations will no longer be honored;
                ii.  A fee will be processed to schedule a new appointment at the membership amount of                           either the 1st or 2nd massage session that was cancelled;    and
                iii.This policy also applies to membership transfers to family or friends;                                  

     

  • 2. No Show
        A. If you are a “no show” which means you did not show up for scheduled appointment or call to            cancel same day appointment, the following will occur:
            i. You will lose the appointment; 
            ii.If you want to reschedule the missed appointment you will be
               charged full price of the massage and not the membership fee;   and
           iii.This policy applies to membership transfers to family or friends

 

Gratuities

  • Gratuities are welcome and are accepted in cash, credit and debit cards only.  The recommended gratuity for wellness services is 15%-20% of the regular price of the treatment received.  However, the gratuity you leave is entirely based on your satisfaction.

 

Client Confidentiality

  • Client information and email lists are confidential, and we do not share our lists with outside companies.  All therapists at Be Well respect client confidentiality outside the treatment session.

 

Other Wellness Information

  • To ensure a serene environment in our center, please turn off your cell phone upon arrival

  • Services may be denied at the discretion of management

  • We recommend against bringing valuables to the center
